The Brandwood C-S VT-1Cable-SHiFT VW Type I assembly is produced to fit ‘61-‘77 sedan, bug, super beetle type I, 62-77 variant fast back, square back, notch back, (type III) and 60-66 bus, van (type II) 4 speed manual transaxles, (pre ‘66 type II transaxles may have a nose cone with a repositioned shift rod.  This nose cone assembly can be used; however the sedan nose is preferred.)  The shift pattern is “stock VW” including a push down left and back “reverse lockout”.

Cable-SHiFT is a complete assembly with chrome shift handle, yellow zinc shifter box, cables and chrome transaxle bracket.  A chrome box may be ordered at an additional charge.
